12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold at NovaGizmo come with a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in the manufacturing process
- Material Defects: Substandard or defective materials
- Workmanship Issues: Poor assembly or construction
- Functional Failures: Product stops working under normal use
- Component Failures: Internal parts that fail prematurely
What’s NOT Covered
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, or falls
- Water damage or liquid exposure (unless product is waterproof)
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
- Damage from using incompatible accessories or chargers
- Battery degradation (normal for rechargeable batteries)
- Software issues or user error
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Provide Information: Order number, product name, and detailed description of the issue
- Include Evidence: Photos or videos of the defect (if possible)
- Quick Assessment: We’ll assess your claim within 24 hours (usually much faster)
- Get Resolution: If approved, we’ll provide replacement, repair, or refund options
Warranty Resolution Options
Option 1: Replacement
We’ll send you a brand new replacement product at no cost. This is our preferred solution for most warranty claims.
Option 2: Repair
If replacement isn’t available, we’ll arrange for professional repair at no cost to you.
Option 3: Refund
If neither replacement nor repair is feasible, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price.

Lifetime Warranty Products
Select products come with a lifetime warranty, covering defects for as long as you own the product. These will be clearly marked on the product page with a “Lifetime Warranty” badge.
Extended Warranty
After your 12-month warranty expires, you can still contact us for support. We’ll do our best to help, even if it means offering a discount on a replacement.
